Cozy Downtown Retreat with Patio

Beautiful property, would recommend staying with just a few adjustments! Positive: It was in the historic Savannah district and the apartment is beautiful, had great amenities. It was so nice to be able to do laundry during the stay (they provide laundry pods and dryer sheets), they have a dishwasher and plenty of blankets! The space is decorated nicely although we wished there was a tv in the bedroom. Negative: We got into town early and when attempting to get in a little early, I was emailing the owner and calling and instead of just replying to my email they were messaging me through the booking app which I wasn’t using. We ended up not getting in until after our check in time. When we got there, there wasn’t any toilet paper and the ceiling fan/light wouldn’t work in the bedroom. Also, the Nest temp control is set to reset to 75 degrees every maybe 6 hours so when we are used to sleeping in 65 degrees and you wake up sweating because the temp reset, it’s a little annoying.

Robert was very accommodating to our last minute stay! We loved the location and beautifully decorated, cozy condo. We kept the car parked and walked to everything! We would definitely stay here again.

Robert was a very thorough and responsive host. The apartment was a great size and super cute. We were very comfortable for our stay. Within walking distance of most of Savannah's downtown attractions, but with the benefit of being in a quieter location for sleeping and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! We walked everywhere from there. Place was very clean, and accommodating. Was very thankful for the extra box fan, and umbrellas as well! Would stay there again.

Robert's place was perfect for my sister and me. Walking distance to downtown, great neighborhood, smartly decorated and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of extras that make it feel like home. Coffees & teas, extra blankets, waters, etc. It was perfect for our little getaway but I will admit you do hear the street sounds, each night I heard a siren of some sort during the night but it’s to be expected staying downtown. (My husband slept right through it every night and admittedly I’m a light sleeper. Close walk to everything and no problem at all parking every day right in front of the place. Great neighborhood and I felt safe the entire time!

Robert was a great host and provided a wonderful space to stay in while my wife studied for her exam that she took in Savannah, would totally book again!

Amazing experience!

My husband and I very much enjoyed staying with Robert in Savannah. It was an easily walkable location (even while 8mo pregnant) but enough off the beaten path where we weren't disturbed by the noises of downtown.

Robert was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a nice place in Savannah.
